By using our services you are subject to Terms Of Service here explained. Please be careful to respect them in all parts.

User generated content or file uploads on the platform must respect the following rules:

• No offensive, defamatory or racist language including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, or other targeted groups
• Nudity or any explicit sexual content is forbidden, including links to websites that include this type of content
• Content regarding violence, terrorism, torture, bullying or abuse of any kind is strictly forbidden
• Self destructive behavior is forbidden
• Flooding the public chat or spam of any kind is strictly forbidden
• Posting other people personal information without previous consent is forbidden
• Impersonating other people is forbidden
• Misinformation or fake news of any kind are forbidden
• All previous rules apply also for usernames, stage names, stage descriptions and everything that come from a user input. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users, delete events with or without previous warning in order to keep the platform as clean as possible, please be careful.
• User accounts could NOT be sold or rented, user's profile info must reflect exactly the user that is actually using the account.
• You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of publishing or posting it.
• User content is uploaded at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any unauthorized copying, distribution or use will take place by third parties.
• You are solely responsible of reading and comply with government guidelines such as advertising guidelines or any other guideline required by law.

Links posted on the platform must respect the following rules:

• Any link to websites selling weapons, ammunitions, drugs or something that cause harm of any kind is forbidden
• Any link to DDOS websites or hacking websites of any kind is forbidden
• Links to websites that contain virus, steal user data via phishing or any other illegal activity is strictly forbidden
• Referral links are forbidden
• Links to websites that scam or fraud people are forbidden
• Links to Pyramid Scheme websites are forbidden
• Links to unauthorized advertisements are forbidden

Users between ages of 13 and 18 (or the legal age of majority in your state of residence) may only make purchases upon a granted permission of a parent or guardian.
Users are only allowed to make purchases if all info compiled in their profile are correct and match the actual user that is logging and using our services.
Payments are processed via Paypal only.
Payments amounts take in account VAT and Paypal fees.
VAT amounts depends on your country that you are required to select in your profile in order to use this website.
Failing to select the correct country is at your own responsibility and it's against the law as changes how much taxes you are paying, please be careful.
If you are a company and have a VAT number, you must type it to "Company VAT number" field in your profile, in this case all invoices will not include VAT but you should handle the "reverse charge".
If you are a company outside EU and you don't have a VAT number, VAT is not due and is not shown at all in all invoices.
Every company must fill "Company name" and "Company address" fields as they are required for invoicing.
All payments are not refundable.

When users subscribe to other streamers channels, an automatic transaction is made every month with the amount specified in the subscription details, starting from the subscription date.
Different subscriptions levels are available and users are able to upgrade the subscription or to stop it by clicking the "Not renew" button in their profile subscriptions page.
If the user's credit is insufficient to renew the subscription, it will be automatically stopped.
When users upgrade the subscription, the selected level amount will be debited to the user and the due date is set starting from that payment.
Subscriptions, donations and tickets transactions are only made using our currency "STAGE$" (Stage dollars).
Subscriptions, donations and tickets and are subject to a small percentage fee, currently set to 3%. Streamers get 97% of the income.
Tickets, donations and subscriptions are not refundable.

Withdrawals are processed via Paypal only.
Minimum withdrawals amounts at this time is 300 STAGE$. Every 10 STAGE$ are changed for 1€.
Paypal fees are applied to each withdrawal and depends on Paypal, the current fees are shown in your account withdrawal's page and may change anytime.
Withdrawals should be requested manually in your account withdrawal's page and are usually processed within a few days.
To receive payments you must fill "Paypal email" field in your profile, which will be used to process the payment.
The amount shown in your profile withdrawal's page is an extimation and actual payment could be slightly different.

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way material, trademarks, software, javascript or any other code we use, including every type of assets, images, textures, audio, video or 3d objects you can find on our website.

By using our website as a registered or non registered user, you hereby consent to our Terms Of Service and agree to its terms.
Our services, materials and content are provided on "as is" basis without any warranties.
You hereby agree that we are not liable for any loss of profit or data, for any reason.
RV Stage services are NOT available to user below the age of 13, users between 13 and 18 (or the legal age of majority in your state of residence) may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to our Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy.
Any change of these Terms Of Service will become effective after 30 calendar days after notice, unless regarding changes that will be beneficial for the users or required for legal reasons.
Failing to respect these rules, fraud other users, trying to cheat our systems or alter their configurations will lead your account to be suspended or deleted at our sole discretion.
Violations that cause severe harm to us, our systems or other users may be reported to police authorities.
